Our Coaches follow ICF ethical practice and are held accountable to their code of conduct which you can find published in the Members Vault This ensures you know that all our professionals are quality assured to the highest standards including NLP, Transformational Coaching, Transactional Analysis, TLT & Leadership Coaching at Master level.

As most of us continue to work from home, our provision is mainly online and we continue to deliver the same great content in a productive learning environment that suits your staff and enables them to learn and develop.  Over the next few years this will be even more important as working pressures increase on colleagues to enable them to thrive in their ever developing roles.
