By 2030, we aim to achieve key milestones in sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical governance, laying a foundation for long-term success.

ESG Policy

Environmental Responsibility

PreciseHR is committed to minimizing our environmental impact through energy-efficient operations, reducing waste, and offsetting our carbon footprint. As part of our environmental policy, we actively seek to:

  • Achieve carbon neutrality by 2030.
  • Encourage sustainable remote working practices.
  • Support reforestation efforts through partnerships such as Evertreen.com and the National Trust.

Social Responsibility

Our approach to social responsibility centres on fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment, while also giving back to the communities in which we operate. PreciseHR’s social policy includes:

  • A commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) in all hiring, training, and leadership practices.
  • Investing in employee well-being and professional development.
  • Engaging with local and global communities through volunteerism and charitable contributions.

PreciseHR’s 2030 ESG Plan: Goals and Initiatives

Our goal is to achieve 100% carbon neutrality by 2030. We will accomplish this by implementing a range of environmental initiatives aimed at reducing emissions, improving energy efficiency, and fostering a sustainable work environment.

1. Carbon Neutrality by 2030

  • 2024-2026: Conduct annual carbon footprint assessments to measure emissions from operations, home offices, and business travel.
  • 2025: Increase our partnership with Evertreen.com and the National Trust to offset 50% of our carbon emissions through tree planting.
  • 2027: Expand our carbon offset program to cover 75% of emissions, ensuring that business growth remains environmentally responsible.
  • 2028-2030: Achieve full carbon neutrality by offsetting 100% of emissions and maintaining this through continuous monitoring and updates.

2. Promoting Sustainable Remote Work

  • Goal: Reduce the environmental impact of remote work by 30% by 2030.
  • 2024: Launch a "Green Office" initiative, encouraging employees to adopt energy-efficient home office practices.
  • 2025: Offer incentives for upgrading to energy-efficient home equipment.
  • 2026: Implement a monthly “Digital Detox” day to minimise unnecessary energy use.
  • 2027-2030: Regularly review and optimise these practices to achieve the 30% reduction target.

3. Sustainable Client Engagement

  • Goal: Engage 50% of our clients in sustainability initiatives by 2030.
  • 2024-2025: Introduce the PreciseHR Green Partnership Program to support clients in reducing their carbon footprint.
  • 2026: Launch a client sustainability recognition program to celebrate milestones in their environmental efforts.
  • 2027-2030: Ensure at least half of our clients are actively participating in sustainability programs.

Social Initiatives: Empowering People and Communities

We are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce while giving back to the communities that support us. By 2030, we aim to achieve 90% employee satisfaction, 100% participation in professional development, and 500 volunteer hours.

1. Enhancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I)

  • Goal: Ensure 100% of employees complete DE&I training and increase diversity in leadership roles by 2030.
  • 2024: Implement a comprehensive DE&I training program.
  • 2025-2027: Revise hiring practices to increase workforce diversity by 10%.
  • 2028-2030: Achieve an additional 10% increase in workforce diversity, embedding DE&I principles across all areas of the business.

2. Supporting Employee Well-being and Development

  • Goal: Achieve 90% employee satisfaction and 100% participation in professional development programs by 2030.
  • 2024: Launch a well-being program that includes mental health resources and flexible working options.
  • 2025: Roll out a professional development platform offering training, certifications, and mentorship.
  • 2026-2030: Conduct annual employee satisfaction surveys and continuously improve programs based on feedback.

3. Community Engagement and Social Impact

  • Goal: Contribute 500 volunteer hours and donate 5% of annual profits to social causes by 2030.
  • 2024: Launch a company-wide volunteer program, offering paid volunteer days.
  • 2025: Partner with local and global charities aligned with our values.
