  • Planning:  We can project manage your end to end recruitment process from writing adverts, job descriptions & specifications, create shortlist & interview templates, make job offers and check references. We’ll take on as much or as little as you want us to and promise to give you the best service that supports your employer brand and ensures each  candidate has a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  •  Administration: We can help to remove the administrative burden of recruitment, including advertising the position online, monitoring response rates and analytics to ensure candidate quality  and reach through to processing applications, especially where confidentiality is key. We are experienced with high volume recruitment and vetting processes for those working with vulnerable service users.  
  •  Assessment: We will work with you to ensure you employ not only the right people with the skills and technical knowledge required in the job but also with the right attitude and behaviour.   We will ensure your criteria clearly defines essential & desirable skills and competencies accompanied by robust and thorough testing during the recruitment process. This can include: first stage screening and short listing of candidates via telephone or zoom, devising other selection exercises such as verbal reasoning or work based scenario's, or conducting psychometric testing to identify the right person for the role and cultural style.
  •  Appointment: We can negotiate an offer of employment, draft the employment contract, carry out vetting & reference checks, devise the initial training and induction plan and remind you when to conduct probationary reviews.
