Verity-IQ

Culture & engagement insight, delivered independently

Find out more

What is VerityIQ?

VerityIQ is PreciseHR’s culture and engagement insight approach, designed to help organisations understand how people really experience the workplace.

It provides clear, evidence-led insight into culture, trust, inclusion and confidence to speak up supporting organisations to identify strengths, understand risks and take proportionate, informed action.

VerityIQ is not about scoring or labelling culture. It is about creating clarity, understanding and confidence in decision-making.

Why culture insight matters

Culture influences behaviour, decision-making and whether issues are raised early or remain hidden. Without reliable insight, organisations are often left relying on assumptions, informal feedback or incomplete signals.

VerityIQ helps organisations move beyond guesswork by providing structured, independent insight that can be acted on with confidence.

It is particularly valuable where organisations want to:

  • understand engagement, trust or confidence levels
  • explore inclusion, fairness and belonging
  • assess whether people feel able to speak up
  • identify emerging themes before issues escalate

1. Define the focus

3. Collect insight independently

2. Configure the insight

We agree the scope and purpose of the VerityIQ insight, including what the organisation wants to understand, who will be included, and how findings will be used.

Insight areas

VerityIQ is designed to provide balanced, meaningful insight into how people experience the workplace and how organisational culture is felt in practice.  The insight areas explored through VerityIQ focus on factors that influence engagement, trust and confidence, and help organisations understand both strengths and potential areas of risk.

Depending on organisational context and purpose, VerityIQ commonly explores:

  • Engagement and motivation
How connected people feel to their work, their role and the organisation.
  • Trust and confidence in leadership
Experiences of decision-making, transparency and fairness at leadership levels.
  • Inclusion, fairness and belonging
Whether people feel respected, valued and treated equitably across the organisation.
  • Confidence in policies and processes
How well people understand and trust organisational policies, procedures and governance.
  • Psychological safety and speaking up
The extent to which people feel able to raise concerns, challenge constructively and be heard.
  • Communication, change and organisational clarity
Experiences of communication, change management and clarity of direction.

The scope of VerityIQ can be tailored to reflect organisational priorities, risk areas or specific questions that need to be explored, ensuring insight is relevant and proportionate.

What organisations receive

VerityIQ provides clear, balanced insight that organisations can use with confidence.  Outputs are designed to be accessible, proportionate and focused on what matters most, rather than overwhelming detail or raw data.

Organisations typically receive:

  • A clear summary of key insights
Highlighting strengths, themes and areas that may require attention.
  • Balanced, contextual analysis
Insight interpreted with professional judgement, taking organisational context into account.
  • Aggregated reporting
Findings presented at a thematic level to protect confidentiality and anonymity.
  • Practical observations and considerations
Supporting informed discussion and decision-making at leadership or governance level.
  • Optional follow-on support
Including facilitated discussions, leadership briefings or support to shape next steps.

The focus throughout is on clarity, confidence and usefulness.

Independence, confidentiality and anonymity

Independence, confidentiality and anonymity

Independence, confidentiality and anonymity

Trust is fundamental to the effectiveness of VerityIQ.

VerityIQ is delivered independently by PreciseHR. This independence provides reassurance to participants that insight is gathered and handled objectively, and gives organisations confidence in the integrity of the findings.

Confidentiality and anonymity are built into the design of VerityIQ. Responses are treated in confidence and reported at an aggregated level, with minimum thresholds applied to ensure individuals cannot be identified. Our focus is on understanding themes and experiences, not attributing views to individuals.

We are clear and transparent about how insight will be gathered, used and reported. This clarity helps build confidence in the process, supports honest participation and ensures findings can be relied upon.

This independent, confidential approach enables organisations to access meaningful insight while protecting people and supporting fair, responsible decision-making.
