Who is the ideal delegate?
The course is ideal for anyone who would be expected to conduct hearings in your organisation, according to your policy e.g. Board members, Directors, Line managers, HR practitioners & supervisors.
These are not traditional sit and listen webinars but fully interactive sessions with lots of discussion and small break out sessions. We believe it’s vital that you immerse yourself in the session if you’re going to train with us and use your new found skills and knowledge effectively.
Of course, we’ll also take a short break to enable you to stretch your legs and hydrate!
With a minimum of 5 years practical lived experience as a people practitioner, qualified tutor and expert in learning content design.
We are fun people so we aim to make sessions as interactive and practical as possible and we know you'll learn more if you enjoy what your doing.
If you need to help to embed your learning our facilitators can support with 121's or communities of practice to make sure skills and new found knowledge are implemented.

At the end of the session you can allow delegates to explore qualified routes into People Management pathways, or you can run this course as in house CPD. We have already mapped the content to an Open Awards qualification which can be employer sponsored or self funded.

As this course is delivered online we will set up the links with joining instructions along with any prep work.
We ask delegates to use headphones and find a suitable space where they can listen and interact without being disturbed.
We want to see you in the same way we would if we were in a classroom environment, it helps delegates concentrate, allows us to read the room and creates better engagement.
