We have a great opportunity for a confident and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to support our new Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) based on Pride Park. This role would suit an experienced OH nurse who is looking to be part of an exciting new service with flexible working hours.


As a Registered General Nurse with an Occupational Health Nursing qualification, you will take an active role in undertaking health assessments and consultations in person and over the phone for our various clients. You will provide advice relating to an employee’s fitness to return to work, their ability to undertake their role, and any adaptations and support required. You may also contribute to case review meetings to enable a co-ordinated approach to be taken.

You will be highly motivated, work well autonomously and have the experience to enable you to contribute towards the development and delivery of the Occupational Health arm of this new EAP service for a young and innovative HR Services company in the East Midlands.
